We are excited to be introducing Barre attack classes to the schedule in the coming weeks.

Originally developed from dance, the Barre attack workout combines the amazing results of dance with the strength and safety of Pilates.

A fast paced, full body, holistic workout using the ballet barre and resistance bands integrating the fundamentals of Pilates with a cardiovascular workout, core work and functional exercises to give total body workout.

The benefits of Barre Attack include:
