Kandie Albert

Kandie first became a Pilates instructor in 2012 while living abroad in South Africa.  Upon returning to Australia she undertook a Diploma of Clinical Pilates to further her expertise.  Kandie has passion for helping clients in everyday life get back to pain free, functional movement.  When Kandie is not teaching pilates she enjoys an active lifestyle with a love of running.

Helana Meltzer

After attending her first Pilates class in 1999, Helana immediately responded to the method and was particularly impressed by seeing how accuracy in movement altered the whole experience and positively influenced the outcome. Helana is currently a Level 3 Australian Pilates Method Association teacher. She regularly attends workshops and conferences to further enhance her skills. Helana thoroughly enjoys helping and seeing her clients reach their full potential.
